We are confident that you will love your MODL gear, but we understand that life happens. If you need to make a return, please follow the directions below:

Shoot us an email at hello@modloutdoors with your order number and reason for the return. All items must be returned in original condition, including manufacturer packaging, documentation and any accessories within 30 days of their purchase date. Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer. If this is a warranty issue or claim please email hello@modloutdoors.com.

Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.

We do not accept used items, but we are happy to help you with any manufacturer defects and warranty replacements.


The easiest way to exchange your new, unused item is to initiate a return and place a new order through our website. This will allow you to get your new item quickly and avoid the risk of it selling out. You will receive a full refund for your item once we receive the return.
